I read countless listings and reviews. I thought I needed a pool, closer beach location, a view...nope! Would absolutely stay here again! So many things to love! Clean, spacious, private home. Everything needed to prep meals including a crock pot. (Bring your favorite seasonings though basics are provided). Beds were so comfortable and hot water aplenty. The area is nice & quiet with less tourist traffic. Everything is within easy driving distance. We prefer the west side of PCB for this reason. The beach is less than 5 min. away. Being mid May we always found access 95 parking. The beach chairs, cart, toys, & towels were much appreciated. Denise is a wonderful host. Honestly, you can stop looking now - you found it!

It is the responsive and helpful hostess that made our stay so practical and convenient who stands out. We were in area for a family wedding. Quiet neighborhood. Private and tidy backyard for family cookout. All the necessary amenities (perhaps a few more utensils would be helpful) Safety gates for toddler, toys and games too!

Host was very welcoming. Her and her husband came out to show us how to work the fire pit and a few other things that we needed to know about the house. The house was great! It had had everything my family needed from the space to the amenities. Thank you so much Denise for making our week long stay, stay comfortable. It really was a home away from home.

My family and I had such a great time staying at Denise's house! From seamless check-in, to having kitchen tools for our meals, to the comforts of home, like a cozy couch and outdoor furniture, this home exceeded our needs and provided an amazing space for us to relax and have fun together.
Denise's communication was top-notch. She reached out in advance, and I felt like it wouldn't be a bother to ask her questions before we even left home. I could tell she wanted the experience to be the best it could be, and I feel like it really was! We didn't have any issues during our stay, but I'm confident that if we did, Denise would have promptly solved it.
Some of the bonuses were the games in the garage, the close proximity to the beach, and the availability of beach things to use on our many visits to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet but friendly, a nice place for walks.
We could not have asked for a better experience and are so grateful!

This was a great price with accommodation for our whole group. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Such a cute house. Well decorated and stocked. Comfortable beds. Very comfortable and homey. We appreciated the fireplace during a cold snap. Had everything we needed. Denise was very responsive to questions and helped us with a couple changes.

This place was absolutely perfect for our bigger family….so much room for all of us to move around without feeling crowded. It was also so clean and the kitchen was amazing. We felt safe in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The host was so nice as well. Overall great stay.

Great stay over the weekend for a family trip! Very clean and fresh upon arrival, kitchen had all the cookware we needed to make meals, and plenty of space so everyone with 3 bedrooms.
